Green Acres of Allendale, an Assisted Living Home, is seeking a full time Home Manager /Resident Care Coordinator. This person is responsible for the clinical care coordination of residents and staff in our Home. The position is a full-time position, which being on call every other week. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and communication skills, assessment skills, and a passion for leading and educating staff. Experience working in geriatrics and dementia, a minimum of one year facility life experience in either an assisted living or long-term care setting, one year of management experience, and having a medical license including but not limited to a LPN or MA license, is preferred but not required.
