We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various lawn and landscaping activities. Duties
- Mowing
- Edging
- Line Trimming
- Hedge Trimming
- Blowing/Debris pick up and removal
- Performing gardening tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, or trees in accordance with landscape plans
- Ensuring all work areas are clean, safe, and organized throughout the job site
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools,
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices including trimming and pruning
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
