Culinary Team Member

Responsibilities

As a Food Preparation Specialist at Green Lantern Pizza, your responsibilities will include:

• Portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion size and recipe specifications
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, saut burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment
• Handling, storing, and rotating all products properly
• Assisting in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed

You will be expected to work closely with our kitchen management team to ensure seamless execution of our menu items and maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
