Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. License must be in good standing with knowledge of North Carolina state guidelines/ regulations in which you are practicing.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as an Executive Director
- Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a company/facility business plan that focuses on all aspects of the facility operations
- Meet regularly with the residents of the facility to ensure that they are satisfied with the delivery of care
- Exhibits and promotes a positive customer service relationship to both internal as well as external customers
