Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Green Conveyor and Machine Group, LLC is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our growing team! We design and build recycling equipment and full systems in-house for customers all over the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Job Requirements:
· Prepare items for shipping including packaging and weighing items, noting package contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details.
· Scheduling shipments and printing shipping labels for same.
· Inspecting goods received for damage.
· Keeping accurate records including Receivers and Bills of Lading.
· Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise.
· Inspect trucks after loading ensuring the necessary signatures are obtained.
· Organization of materials, parts, and equipment.
· Oversee the flow of inventory through the warehouse by ensuring items are accurately stored and cataloged
· Communication with other departments or managers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to schedule.
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts of manufacturing facility and warehouse operations.
· Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
· Support production needs.
· Maintain a clearly organized workspace.
Required Skills:
· High school diploma or GED
· Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
· Forklift experience
· Computer and smartphone skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Effective multi-tasking skills
· Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
