Your
Role:
In
your position as a Crew Leader, you will assume the
responsibility of leading your team and overseeing the
installation of top quality composite decks. As a
Crew Leader, your main duties include communicating the schedule
with your team, effectively reading building plans, successfully
installing deck projects, and communicating project updates and
outcomes to customers.
Advanced problem-solving skills are a daily requirement for
this role, and successful individuals in this position
demonstrate a proactive and decisive approach to
decision-making, drawing from their experience to swiftly
address issues and propel projects forward.
As
a Crew Leader you will lead by example and serve as the
driving force behind the achievement of deck construction
goals. Your role not only involves managing the
deck building process but also upholding the company’s core
values and being a positive representation of these
values.
As
a Crew Leader you will familiarize yourself with the software and
processes implemented to facilitate the construction of decks at a
high level. This includes using tools such as Spreadsheets,
Builder-Trend, Slack, and other relevant software
programs.
Requirements
To
join our team, we ask that you meet the following essential
requirements, which reflex our commitment to safety and
professionalism:

Transportation: Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to job sites.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Experience:
3
years in framing, carpentry, or deck building. 1 year in a
leadership role.
