Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator. We are seeking a hard-working candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and prior experience managing retailer promotions, must be based in the Pacific time zone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and audit execution of promotions for our clients.
- Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principals as the promotions lead for the region.
- Manage annual promo planning with our principals, account managers, and retailers.
- Work with the Green Spoon team to continuously improve effectiveness and productivity, solve issues and address concerns.
- Ensure all regional vendor commitments are correctly documented and filed in the appropriate company shared folders.
- Maintain company tools and resources for our team and clients.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Quick response time
- Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Teams & Zoom
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in organic food and products
- Must own a smartphone and computer to perform duties
- Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite
- Natural food and grocery experience required
