What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Team Member position at Green Springs?
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, out-going responsible person to join our team as a part time retail sales associate. We are currently looking for someone for 12-18 hours a week. Our work day is 9:30am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. We hope for this team member to start in late May or early June and continue into the fall and beyond.
This is a unique job at a small indie business, not a large mega corporation. We allow flexible schedules and hours based on mutual needs and interest. Working occasional Saturdays will be important. Starting pay is $13/hr during training, $13.50/hr after training *(usually 20 hours) and when team members excel and demonstrate independence, they receive additional pay raises and bonuses.
What does a work day look like? Helping customers who are out to have a fun day, restocking, unpacking new merchandise, pricing, creating displays and visual merchandising as well as light cleaning.
We are hiring to replace a wonderful team member who has been with us for almost two years and is leaving us to pursue a job in her field of study following graduation.
