Green Team Turf is a locally owned and operated, full service lawn and landscape company. We are based out of Warsaw, IN and service all of Kosciusko County and surrounding lakes region. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding quality and customer service throughout all aspects of the services we offer. We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals to join our mowing crew!
What You’ll Do
As a mowing crew member you will learn all aspects of providing exceptional quality to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting the foreman with upkeep and maintenance of a well-manicured lawn. This includes operating a zero turn mower, trimmer, edger, and backpack blower, being very detailed oriented, efficient, and working together as a team.

Wages start at $14-$16 per hour based on experience. There is a multi-raise potential within your first season and year round employment potential for the right candidate. A valid driver’s license is required

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
