General Summary:
Golf Shop Attendant is the first point of contact in the Golf Shop.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervisor Responsibilities
- None
- Primary Duties
- Assist Members with purchases and merchandise information.
- Process payments and conduct daily opening and closing cashier duties.
- Attend to Golf Shop email, respond to Member inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Clean and maintain order in golf shop (displays, storage, and front counter).
Skills and Abilities Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork
- Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.

Certification/Education and Experience:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Retail and Customer Service experience preferred.
Working Condition:
- Shift work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Work is performed in a typical temperature-controlled clubhouse environment subject to typical noise and conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 60 pounds in all directions.
- Frequently positions self to complete assigned tasks.
