We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to join our team. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
