Primary Responsibilities: The Service Technician is responsible for the troubleshooting of residential heating and cooling systems, performing routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems and communicating professionally with customers. The Service Technician is available for after-hours service calls on a rotating schedule. Qualifications:
- High school or GED diploma required
- Three years or more of experience in the industry
- Great communication skills
- Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within the first 60-days of employment
- NATE certification a plus
- Background check and drug test required
- Authorized to work in United States
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Be a team player
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances and extreme weather conditions
- Climb ladders
- Operate service vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
