What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Green View?
Green View Companies is seeking a result-oriented professional to fill the position of Office Manager in our Springfield location. This position provides administrative support to the Landscape-Design Build and Maintenance divisions and would report directly to the Vice President of Landscape Operations.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Customer invoicing
- Data entry for payroll
- Purchase Order/Credit Cards entry
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer account set ups
- Margin configuration and reconciliation for V.P & Sales Team
- Landscape/Maintenance project set ups
- Document scanning & organization for digital files
- Other general office duties (answer phones/filing)
- OSHA 300
Qualified applicants should possess the following:
- Proficient in Office 365 & Microsoft Teams
- Experience in QuickBooks preferred
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Resourceful, assertive, self-motivated and dependable
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively at written and verbal levels
- Previous Office Manager/Administrative experience
This position is Full Time/Year-Round. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch.
