In this role, you will report to the Regulatory Operations Manager of Global Trade Solutions.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily operations including the below areas:
- FTZ Processing / ICRS maintenance
- Monitor inventory
- Prepare and file daily Customs filings
- Review balances and perform discrepancy resolution
- Review data & documentation daily to ensure accuracy
- In-bond
- Export Clearance
- Customs clearance
- Freight Forwarding
- Invoicing
- Compliance
- Recordkeeping
- FTZ Processing / ICRS maintenance
- Timely customer service, both within Green and with clients
- Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies, as necessary
- Assist in internal documentation of processes
- Assist with Procedures Manual / SOP creation, creation & maintenance
- Customs Compliance Projects & Management
- Participating in Client Conference Calls
- Collaboration with other teams internally
- Assist in training, internal & external
- Build & maintain relationships with clients
- On-site work with clients
- Occasional travel for training & meetings (domestic) and problem resolution, as needed - COVID safety permitting
- Manage and execute project tasks that are specifically assigned Develop and/or maintain strong understandings of different operating systems/ERPs to become a subject matter expert
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Customs Brokerage & compliance experience (3 years)
- FTZ Experience
- Logistics / Freight Forwarding Experience
- Comfortability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in Integration Point / Thomson Reuters preferred
- Ability to review and analyze large sets of data, with support and training
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral - this role will be customer facing
- Works with minimal supervision
- Candidate must pass a federal background check
