Asset Manager

The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing all physical company assets, ensuring they are properly maintained, accounted for, and utilized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets.
• Implement asset tracking systems.

Maintenance & Repairs Scheduling:

• Schedule regular maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.

Utilization Optimization:

• Analyze asset usage to maximize efficiency.
• Recommend asset acquisitions or disposals.

Compliance:

• Ensure all assets comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Reporting:

• Prepare reports on asset status and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance on asset valuation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in asset management or logistics.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with asset management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
