This is a full-time on-site role for an LPN/RN at Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Bradenton, FL. The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, administering medication, assessing patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient comfort and safety on a day-to-day basis.
- Patient assessment, Medication administration, and Skilled nursing care skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
