Role Description
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager, based in New York City, to drive the growth and execution of our partner & referral ecosystem, deliver excellence in partner onboarding and implementation, and lead the development of new partnership opportunities and community engagement. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of partnerships, business development, and customer success. As Manager of Partnerships, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GreenBridge Capital’s partners—from onboarding and implementation through ongoing relationship management and community engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Executive team, Sales team, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of GreenBridge Capital’s Partnership Program to our strategic partners. This is an individual contributor role with high internal and external visibility, ideal for a hands-on relationship builder and operator who excels at strategy, execution, and systems thinking. The role reports directly to the Executive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new referral partnerships
- Manage existing partnerships and support scalable co-marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements that deliver mutual value and support long-term objectives
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners—from contract close to full deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive partner success
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- NYC based – comfortable commuting to Midtown 5x a week
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or enterprise sales in the financial services industry
- Deep experience in partner onboarding and activation
- Experience working at an early stage, high-growth start-up company
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Rate:
$40,000 base salary uncapped commissions
Projected Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000/yr
Base salary is determined by several factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. These factors are considered when making an offer of employment.
