- Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and potential customers.
- Create Equipment Proposals for Sales, External Customers, and Internal Customers.
- Interface with Sales Team for Sales Support, Training, etc.
- Maintains high level expertise.
- Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
- Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.
- Forges and maintains relationships with suppliers and customers.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Masters degree preferred.
- At least six-eight years of experience in manufacturing, machine design engineering required.
Qualifications:
- AutoCAD 2D and 3D experience.
- Efficiently carry out design assignments including development of new designs or adaptations of existing designs and details within the budget.

- Sales travel & field service – maximum of 20% of time.
- Ability to speak with customers both face to face and via phone on new projects or trouble shooting past projects.
- Assist in debug and testing on shop floor.
