- Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM

Qualifications
- 1 years of hands-on DA experience is preferred
- Valid certifications in Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and Radiology are required
