Director of Residential Services
This full-time, key leadership role is crucial in enhancing our residential offerings and ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residential program.
* Collaborate with staff, individuals and families to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Manage budgets, resources, and overall program logistics.
* Stay informed of best practices and industry trends to innovate and enhance our services
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College or University is preferred.
- Five (5) years experience supervising others in a Residential Program setting.
- Proven experience in program management; budget preparation and management; staff supervision within a residential setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict, confidentiality standards.
- Ability to work as part of a professional team.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals and promoting community engagement.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Must Pass Child Abuse, FBI (fingerprinting) and Criminal Background Clearances.
- Pre-hire and bi-annual physical and Mantoux TB test.
