- Receptionist for offices on Summer Street, takes messages for the staff assigned at Central Services and Radio contact for School Base 2.
- Verifies accuracy of shipment by counting, comparing description, and code numbers with information on invoice or packing slip and purchase order; records any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintains and processes invoices for books and materials, verifies for payment and forwards to accounts payable.
- Stores items according to established procedures.
- Takes requests for books and supplies, fills orders, puts in bins to be delivered by driver, maintains current inventory of all books.
- Makes and disburses copies for various schools and departments, collating some of them.
- Types all purchase orders for bus garage and maintenance department.
- Forwards all student permanent records, both in-system and outside the system.
- Unloads all instructional supplies coming into Central Services and repacks for distribution by schools.
- Coordinate training for custodians.
- Make new hire training sheets for equipment usage.
- Training on MSDS sheets and checking to see they are kept in custodial closet or the designated (by principal) area.
- Work with school principals on building cleanliness and proper machinery usage.
- Training Custodians in proper methods and use of Materials and equipment for safe and efficient work performance.
- Ensure that Custodial Personnel have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial services as needed.
- Training on secure supplies and equipment storage when not in use.
- Manage requests for new or replacement equipment.
