Director of Housekeeping

The Director of Housekeeping oversees all cleaning and maintenance operations within our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors, while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards and productivity are consistently met.
• Cleaning Standards : Oversee the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas in accordance with facility protocols.
• Budget and Inventory Management : Manage the housekeeping department's budget and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost control.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and infection control regulations specific to a skilled nursing environment.
• Guest and Resident Satisfaction : Address any housekeeping-related concerns to enhance the experience of residents and staff.
