- 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or a coordination role with competing priorities; or experience in an administrative role within a sales environment is required.
- 2 years of customer service experience is required.

Job Description:
Talent Acquisition & Sales Leadership Support
- Partner with senior sales leaders to support hiring and onboarding for senior sales talent.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, produce offer documents, and track hiring activity and metrics.
- Serve as a primary liaison for candidates by sending assessments, managing interview logistics, and providing concierge-level support throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal and external executive recruiters to ensure smooth candidate coordination and communication.
- Maintain and report on key hiring and onboarding KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, coordinating all onboarding milestones and timelines.
- Partner with leaders, IT/user provisioning teams, and onboarding teams to ensure Day 1 readiness, including resolving technical issues proactively.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires and sales leaders to set expectations for onboarding and training.
- Deliver a welcoming, high-touch onboarding experience, serving as a trusted guide from Day 1.
Recruiting & Systems Knowledge
- Working knowledge of recruiting processes and the candidate lifecycle.
- Experience using an ATS (Workday preferred) and the ability to quickly learn new HR technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proactive, outcome-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience across cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Agile and adaptable in evolving environments.
- Solutions-oriented, resourceful, and self-directed.
- Comfortable escalating concerns and asking thoughtful questions when needed.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, reports, and metrics to inform decisions.
