Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is growing in Lake Geneva and in the surrounding communities. We are in the process of building our team of dedicated and talented Occupational Therapists to see our patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, assisted living, Med B in the home and/or in partnership with home health care agencies.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
