At Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, we are excited to invite you to join our team as we expand our services through our new partnership with a highly respected senior community in Onalaska and we are currently seeking a passionate therapist to help us provide exceptional care to the aging adults in this wonderful community. As a valued team member with Greenfield, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, providing functional, effective, and rewarding therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will focus on providing therapy within a variety of settings including but not limited to Skilled Nursing, Assisted living, as well as supporting in-home therapy services.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
