Your role as an Occupational Therapist
-
Perform comprehensive assessments to identify physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
-
Develop and implement personalized OT treatment plans to help residents reach their goals

Address challenges in mobility, daily activities, and social engagement

Support recovery from injury, surgery, or illness with effective OT interventions

Recommend adaptive equipment and home/environment modifications
-
Conduct cognitive and motor skill training

Educate families and caregivers to promote independence and safety

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
