Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Full Time Rehab Office Coordinator at two of our newly acquired senior community in Lacrosse, WI . We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our expanding therapy team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for residents and staff.
One year of medical clerical experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for therapy services

Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate therapist calendars

Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply tracking

Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapy staff, and facility team members

Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks

Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
