Customer Service Representative

Greenhouse Winery is an expanding company that is looking for someone to help us better serve our customers. Our ideal candidate would be an energetic, great communicator who is adaptable to any situation. We are looking for a candidate to help with our day to day operations at our retail and event hall locations.
Background
Greenhouse Winery is a family owned business that has been in operation for over a decade. Our business has now grown to 4 retail locations along with a main banquet and events hall.

During the week, we offer wine tastings and a relaxing atmosphere at all of our locations. The weekends are where we host a variety of events, primarily at our main location in Irwin.

We are looking for candidates to work at our Main Winery in Irwin Pa.
Stores
Main Location – Outside Irwin PA

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations, including sales, customer experience, inventory stocking, and general upkeep
• Effectively communicate needs and tasks between managers, event coordinators, and other employees
• Maintain store appearance
• Additional duties as requested

Qualifications

• Able to empathize with and anticipate customer needs
• Organized and able to predict tasks that need done
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available and willing to work weekends

Logistics
We have part time and full time positions available We are flexible and willing to work with a variety of schedules. Seasonal positions available from August or September to December.

Most of the hours will be on weekends (Friday – Sunday), some weekdays available. Most stores are currently open from 11 – 7, and 11 – 5 on Sunday. Our Main Location is open until 9 on event nights, which applies to Fridays and Saturdays. We are flexible and willing to work with your scheduling needs.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
