You have a passion for renewable energy, are driven to tackle complex challenges, and see them through until they are done and done well. You thrive in an environment where creativity, problem-solving, and curiosity is paramount. You are not intimidated by new challenges or roadblocks, but see them as an opportunity to innovate a solution through collaborative problem solving. You believe in learning continuously, growing with every experience, and driving solutions, not just identifying problems.

  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: We don't just point out problems; we solve them. We think outside the box and find the best solutions.
  • Curiosity & Growth-Oriented: We never stop learning. We ask questions, challenge assumptions, and drive for personal and team growth.

  • Integrity/Transparency: We do the right thing, even when it's hard. We are dependable, honest, and committed to our principles.

Your Role:

  • Build financial models for banks and company principles

  • Monitor loan covenants and project performance for compliance
  • Assist with bank diligence, legal review, and closing of loans and tax credit sales
  • Coordinate monthly loan draws for active construction projects
  • Forecast medium and long-term cash flow (3 months out)
  • Manage insurance, bonding capacity, and diligence requests
  • Support asset management functions for operating portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

While we don’t expect you to possess every qualification, we seek someone with a growth mindset and the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven company. If you’re unsure but feel you’re a great match based on your experience and work ethic, we encourage you to apply!

  • Education: Degree in business, finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical: Proficient in Excel & VBA and experience working with LLMs.
