Greenleaf Job Training Services is hiring for part-time Job Coaches, who work with individuals and their employers to assist in becoming independent and stable in their acquired community positions. We are looking for applicants with both weekday and weekend availability. This position will include a 3-week paid training period.
Employment Specialist job description:
- Creates Individualized Service Plans for participants, provides coaching for social and tactical skills, and proactively addresses inappropriate behaviors in the workplace.
- Maintains steady communication with participants and counselors and regularly reports to supervisor.
- Timely and accurate documentation of all interactions and administrative duties into Setworks, frequently updates their calendar/email and consistently follows SOPs.
