Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to fill an opening with a skilled care facility located in Memphis, TN.

Schedule of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• This is a Full-time position
• The contract is a 6 months - 1 year term
  
  
  

Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Deliver onsite patient care services including hygiene, mobility assistance, toileting, meal support, and ambulation
• Provide close observation services, including telesitting and one-on-one support
• Assist in a range of nursing care services under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses
• Document patient care and behavior as required
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Respond to emergencies, applying basic life support and other safety interventions

Requirements

• Must have an active CNA certification
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience within the last three (3) years
• Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
• Up-to-date tuberculosis (TB) test and annual testing results, proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination form, and influenza vaccination
• Favorable adjudication from the Security Investigations Center
• Proof of citizenship or legal residency is required
• Current resume with detailed experience, three references, and licensing information
• Completion of the VetPro application process including required documentation
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., CPRS)
• Knowledge of infection control policies and patient safety protocols
• Experience in assisting patients with special needs, including behavioral health challenges
