RV Clinic is looking for a experienced RV Service Manager to join our growing business. We are a full-service RV dealership carrying New and Used RV's of all types, including Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels and Toy Haulers
We are looking for RV Service Manager with technical knowledge, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be very well-organized, able to read and analyze profit and loss statements, and strive for profitability in all aspects of service, parts, and warranty.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Oversee and manage a profitable RV Parts Department
- Monitor billing, warranty, internal and external repair orders.
- Establish pricing to generate profits
- Open/close work orders with detailed information and keep up-to-date.
- Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns according to company guidelines
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage employee performance
- Oversee appointment scheduling to make sure work is not overbooked.
- Assign work to technicians in a timely manner.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Responsible for all OSHA and company mandated safety requirements.
