Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using POS systems for retail sales transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store operations efficiently
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Cash handling experience and familiarity with cash register operations
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, reports, and documentation
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

Pay: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
