Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Project Manager/Client Brand Manager to oversee architectural projects while providing dedicated support to our external clients and the brands we collaborate with. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture and project management, combined with strong client relationship, brand support, and internal people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Project Management:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Actively involved in production
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
Client Brand Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, understanding their brand vision and project goals.
- Monitor project outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of experience in architectural project management and client brand support.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of branding principles as they relate to client projects.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional licensure in architecture (preferred).
