You will be responsible for updating new product images, layout/order, descriptions, stock, pre-orders... Upload images seasonally/monthly making site is user friendly, attractive and secure. Back-End E-Commerce Web Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience working in the fashion industry with a background in fashion websites. Ensures accuracy and consistency of website clothing images, descriptions and perform daily maintenance on the site. Make sure all swatches are up/images are clear / check spelling on descriptions and ensure accuracy of descriptions.
• Develop and manage the content, design, layout and scheme for the site using Shopify.
• Recommend developments to improve or to facilitate the performance and function of the website.
• Upload seasonal images, UPC codes, SKUs, sizes. Update descriptions, maintain inventory, pre-orders, multi- tagging, remove sold outs. Refresh pages and streamline images for seasonal merchandising.
• Create and manage the design and production of various publications, line sheets, posters, and other materials using appropriate designs, layout and content editing methods.
• Strong writing skills with ability to write item descriptions.
• Respond to internal/external customer concerns regarding website.
• Knowledge of Shopify is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Shopify
• Strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team
• Photoshop experience is a plus
