Provide Positive Behavior Supports
Greystone Programs is seeking an experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join our behavioral supports team working with people with developmental disabilities in Dutchess/Ulster County. Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, candidate will provide guidance to inter-disciplinary team to provide positive behavior supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Monday - Friday work schedule with some evening hours.
Responsibilities Include
Greystone Programs is seeking an experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join our behavioral supports team working with people with developmental disabilities in Dutchess/Ulster County. Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, candidate will provide guidance to inter-disciplinary team to provide positive behavior supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Monday - Friday work schedule with some evening hours.
Responsibilities Include
- Review behavior records and collect, analyze, interpret and chart behavioral data for trends/patterns in behavior.
- Provide functional behavior assessments;
- Review physical interventions used in conjunction with behavior plans;
- Write and/or review quarterly psychological reviews;
- Prepare and update Behavior Support Plans;
- Visit day programs;
- Provide opportunities for individual input with regards to clinical services and treatment.
- Provide one-on-one training with staff or counseling to people we support.
- BCaBA with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities; or
- BCBA (or pursuing BCBA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- NYS Drivers License and Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is needed
