Provide Positive Behavior Supports

Greystone Programs is seeking an experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join our behavioral supports team working with people with developmental disabilities in Dutchess/Ulster County. Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, candidate will provide guidance to inter-disciplinary team to provide positive behavior supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Monday - Friday work schedule with some evening hours.

Responsibilities Include

  • Review behavior records and collect, analyze, interpret and chart behavioral data for trends/patterns in behavior.
  • Provide functional behavior assessments;
  • Review physical interventions used in conjunction with behavior plans;
  • Write and/or review quarterly psychological reviews;
  • Prepare and update Behavior Support Plans;
  • Visit day programs;
  • Provide opportunities for individual input with regards to clinical services and treatment.
  • Provide one-on-one training with staff or counseling to people we support.

Qualifications Include

  • BCaBA with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities; or
  • BCBA (or pursuing BCBA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • NYS Drivers License and Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is needed
