Product Strategy Director – Digital Banking (12-Month Contract)We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy Director to lead a high-impact digital transformation project for a Middle Eastern bank. This role will focus on the strategic development and rollout of a new mobile banking application, shaping the bank’s digital offering and driving innovation in financial services.Key Responsibilities : Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital transformation goals.Lead the go-to-market strategy, ensuring a successful launch and user adoption.Develop a commercial and monetization strategy to maximize revenue potential.Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product capabilities and market reach.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and business units.Provide leadership in product development, market positioning, and user experience optimization.Key Requirements : 15 years of experience in product strategy, digital transformation, and commercial strategy.Proven track record in monetization, product launch, and go-to-market planning.Strong background in banking, fintech, or financial services.Big 4 consulting experience is a strong advantage.Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.Based in the UK, with regular travel to the Middle East.Contract Details : Duration : 12 monthsLocation : UK-based with Middle Eastern travelSalary / Rate to be discussed.This is a unique opportunity to drive a transformative digital initiative in financial services.
