Summary: This is an entry-level position that will allow the individual in the role to gain exposure to all the HR functions and assist Plant Operations with administrative activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
:
- Act as HRIS Portal Administrator – password support, badges; and entering new hires
- .Conducts new employee orientation
- .Maintains employee personnel files and ensures documents are uploaded to Dayforce
- .Employee record managemen
- tWorks closely with the Recruiting Manager by scheduling interviews and processing background checks
- .Employee recognition communicatio
- nOrganizes employee events such as Employee Appreciation Day, local town halls, Service Award Luncheon and Softball games
- .Coordinate temp staffing and timecard
- sMaintain company uniforms program
- .Assists with benefits enrollment process
- .Maintains HR bulletin board
- .Maintains highest standards of confidentiality
- .Creates and maintains HR and plant supporting reports as necessary
