Busy Immigration firm seeking full-time bilingual legal assistant.
Some duties include: translation and interpreting, preparing immigration filings, assisting clients, answering multi-line phones, interfacing with vendors, filing, copying, scanning, document assembly, data entry, administrative support and organization.
Must display professionalism, self-motivation, willingness to learn, organizational skills and an exceptional work ethic.
Must be able to speak, read and write both English and Spanish with high level of proficiency.
Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hourly rate commensurate with skills and experience. Additional Benefits available.
Required Skills
Bilingual in Spanish/ English
High School Diploma
Highly Proficient with Microsoft office suite products
Highly Proficient with Email
Highly Proficient with online calendaring systems
Must have minimum 2 years of office experience.
Must be able to lift 25lbs.
