What you will need:
- Forklift Certification.
- Knowledge of all phases of mechanical equipment including reduction gear and double reduction gear, bearings, belting, and pumps.
- Able to cut with plasma, acetylene torch, and power tools.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Knowledge of basic electrical safety Procedures; including chlorine hazards, confine space and Lockout/Tag out procedures.
- Weld with TIG and MIG on stainless and black steel. Welds must pass food grade requirements.
- Ability to understand and follow the facilities Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and professional attitude towards employees, visitors and vendors.
- Willingness to learn new techniques.
- Able to train new team members as required.
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Able to train and re-train on all of the above trades.

TOTAL REWARDS: $24.00 - $30.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
