Full Time, Temporary, Flexible Schedule options (January - May)
Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Gro 'n Sell is known industry wide as a wholesale grower of high-quality starter plants. Our three acre facility houses a large variety of plug and liner trays, annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and specialty products.
Job Requirements: This is a hands-on position for an individual with a positive attitude and a teamwork mentality. The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is detail oriented, organized, and hard working. Extra hours are usually available (6am to 4:30pm (overtime pays time and a half)). Responsibilities and labor requirements can change due to the seasonal nature of the business. Plant knowledge is not required but helpful.
Responsibilities in different areas of greenhouse work:
- Moving and organizing plant material in the greenhouse
- Plant unrooted cuttings into trays with team
- Transplant young plugs in the greenhouse
- Work on team to pull orders for shipping
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Passion for plants and horticulture - Preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Able to be on feet all day
- Able to carry 25lbs

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
