Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure the cleaning team follows all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Address concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
