Why We Need You:
The Property Manager will coordinate the day-to-day, on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. Primary areas of responsibility also include marketing and leasing apartments and the community's amenities as well as facilitating requests from current residents and forward service orders to our maintenance staff. This position directly manages the leasing staff and works closely with the Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and housekeeping functions as well.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications
- Positive and professional daily interaction with residents
- Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments
- Prepare maintenance work orders, and communicate with maintenance personnel
- Investigate, respond, and resolve resident complaints
- Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases
- Follow policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Experienced manager as well as leasing professionals looking for career development
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software
