This position is for a Janitorial Site Supervisor.

Site Supervisor:

• Ensure Proper delivery of Scope of Service.
• Activity Planning and Sequencing.
• Resource Planning.
• Developing Schedules.
• Developing a Budget and staying within budget.
• Keeping all documentation update and sent to Payroll & HR.

  • Any updated employee information that was changed or needs to be changed
• Handle all hiring process such as
• • Reviewing all applicant
  • Conducting interviews
  • Training in all areas
• Are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in any supervisory with supervisor of staff.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have Computer skills such as excel, word, and Email (Microsoft Office).
• Must have written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a level 2 background and Drug and TB test. 
• To effectively plan, & coordinate any follow-up as well as floor care work.
• To ensure work shifts are properly scheduled to cover all aspects of the specification as per contract.
• To ensure that payroll is completed every Monday and relayed to head office I by 3 pm.
• Ensure Team Members have adequate resources to maintain standards on-site as per site specification.
• To carry out regular monthly performance & inspection reviews with team members, within their area of responsibility.
• To supervise the staff members at all three School locations
• Following all policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• To maintain all records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• To provide leadership, support, coordination, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• The site supervisor is responsible for coordinating and insuring the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work is done in the building on varying shifts.
• Secure and assure that all equipment is maintained and in working order.
• Makes sure the facility has sufficient janitorial supplies at all times.
• Training new hires, handling quality control and in-servicing staff is an essential part of the supervisor's responsibility and includes touring the building several times per day to assess work quality using current software for documentation purposes.
• Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures for safety.
• Ability to handle mixing of chemicals while being safe with the proper tools.
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with FDVA Administration to conduct the building in the best way.
