Yard Porter

Ground Effects a leading automotive up-fit supplier is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team in San Antonio! Current openings on 1st shift:

• 1st shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Overtime, as needed.

Job Duties

• Receiving all vehicles that come into the yard.
• Properly labeling all vehicles that come into the yard.
• Responsible for correctly staging vehicles according to destinations.
• Shipping vehicles offsite for repairs.
• Flagging and staging miss-shipped vehicles according to company process.
• Checking the status of vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping the yard clean/orderly & efficient while adhering to safety & driving rules.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Grade 12 education required.
• Working outside throughout the year (in all environmental elements)
• Should be team oriented.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel).
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's license is a must.
• Clean driving record free of any accidents for at least 6 months and good driving history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
