What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Ground Up Careers?
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from cradle to grave. We are looking for a Project Manager with Commercial ground -up projects. We need someone that has completed the projects with values north of 1M. We would like to see a B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management. Need to have a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
