GroundsPRO, LLC in Cincinnati/Norwood, OH is a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company looking for MOTIVATED PEOPLE that can perform a variety of landscape maintenance functions that may include, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, irrigation, edging, pruning, landscape installation, and snow removal.
CAN MAKE UP TO $18.15/HR BASED ON PROVEN EXPERIENCE!! ADDITIONAL $2/PER HR for having a valid driver's license and able to be insured!
YOU NEED TO:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to comprehend and follow instructions
- Use assigned tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner
- Learn and perform basic planting skills
- Perform regular safety inspections on vehicle and trailer
- Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines
- Be able to communicate with supervisors regarding progress of tasks
- Safely lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, reach
- Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Meet all applicable Federal and State mandated labor laws
- Be able to withstand strenuous work in adverse weather conditions
- Able to work with pesticides and in environments with various insects
- All of duties as assigned.
WE PREFER:
- 1 year of landscape industry experience, but it's not necessary. We will train you!
- Driver's License and insurable by company's agent
