401(k) Specialist

Group Management Services is looking for a detail oriented and client focused individual to be our new 401(k) Specialist!

What does some of the position of 401(k) Specialist entail?

• Serve as 401k day-to-day contact for employees, clients, and vendors
• Maintain accurate records for all 401k contributions, uploads, eligibility, deferrals, etc.
• Confer with customers, prospects and regulatory agencies by telephone or in person in order to provide information about 401k plan and services, to add or cancel services, or to obtain details of complaints.
• Assist Manager with 401k tasks.
• All other duties as assigned

• Base Salary Range between $40,000-$45,000

What are some Qualifications?

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience
  • Knowledge of 401(k), accounting, payroll, employee benefits, and taxes preferred
• Skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
