Group O is currently searching for a Human Resources Associate to join our team! This position will be responsible for day-to-day administrative HR tasks.
Responsibilities
Primary Tasks:
- Employee maintenance within HR Management System
- Process benefit enrollments and maintenance in vendor sites
- Reconcile benefit invoices
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Performs audits of various HR functions
- Customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email interaction
- Assists with research and/or special projects
Secondary Tasks:
- Coordinate employee events
Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Problem solving
Experience:
- Data entry in software system
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience
Desired Skills:
- Computer: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, HR Management System (HRMS)
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish, verbal and written
- Presentation skills
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience in Human Resources department
