Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
- Troubleshoot and identify problems with diesel engines and vehicles
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair issues
- Perform engine overhauls and rebuilds
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a diesel mechanic program or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and vehicles
- Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehicles
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid US driver's license with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform
- Must be able lift up-to 50 pounds unassisted
Compensation: $45.00- $50.00 per hour (Based on experience), Medical, Vision, Life, and 401k
Salary : $45 - $50
